Your stay includes: Facilities for our guests include full hook up RV spaces including water, sewer and electricity with 20, 30 and 50 amp service and FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET WIFI SERVICE AT EACH RV SITE.  Rates include use of electric heating, air conditioning and showers.  Spacious grassy sites with a large fire-pit and table included.  Private tent areas have a fire-pit with grill, a table, water  and electricity.  Your kids will enjoy a nice playground with swings, tetherball, horseshoes and lots of area to run around.  A huge redwood deck with tables, chairs, shade umbrellas and double sink complete with hot water and garbage disposal make tenting and entertaining enjoyable.  Fishtales Store, phone and modem hookup, laundry room, clean restrooms and shower house put the finishing touches on a full service park.

To make reservations: We need your arrival and departure dates, what length of RV you have and the number of people in your party.  A partial payment or a valid Visa/MasterCard will be necessary to secure your reservation.  A reservation is a commitment to the scheduled period of time, guaranteeing payment for the entire period of stay.  Check-in is available between noon to  6pm. If you cannot make it by 6 pm you must call to notify us or you could lose your reservation and be subject to a $10 administrative fee.

Cancellation and Change Policy: To cancel or change a reservation, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund.  If notice of cancellation or change is received less than 7 days prior to your arrival date you will be subject to payment in full and a $10 administrative fee. Changes to monthly reservations require a 30 day notice.

Holiday Reservations: Minimum 3 nights stay required for holiday weekends.
